Salon Forté came under current ownership in the summer of 2015. We pride ourselves on offering an upscale experience with a warm, intimate setting. While many people in today’s society believe that bigger is better, we feel that you lose that connection with the client in big, busy salons. We opened Salon Forté because we wanted to bring that stylist/client relationship to the forefront. We want a salon where, after the hustle and bustle of a busy day, clients can come in and be greeted by smiles. They can grab a cup of coffee and find comfort in our staff and surroundings.
We are committed to outstanding customer service and making clients our number one priority. Having worked in several different salon settings we have seen how both professionalism and comfort are vitally important to the dynamic of the salon. Because of this, we aim to provide a serene salon environment. We are not a fast-paced, loud music blaring, chaotic scene.
A salon experience is meant to be relaxing as well as invigorating. Getting your hair, nails, or waxing done should not be just another task on your things-to-do list; we want you to feel pampered and at home. That’s what we stand for. That’s what we strive to achieve on a daily basis.
